• Execute daily financial administrative tasks according to established deadlines and KPIs (e.g., accounts receivable, daily sales, cash management, sales reporting)
• Take ownership of the assigned areas of administration by analyzing data; monitoring variances; identifying trends and recommending actions to management
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain up to date records
• Meet accounting operational standards; resolve problems; identify system/process improvements and efficiencies
• Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls
• Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing targets as needed
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned based on the need of the organization

• MBO/Associate Degree in Financial/Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and experience with bookkeeping software Exact and Quickbooks
• Accurate and thorough work mentality
• Analytical skills and proactive mindset
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Finance associates have to be flexible in that tasks can be interchangeable
• Self-motivated and service oriented
• Able to work flexible hours
