Warehouse Administrative Associate

- Execute and follow up on daily supporting activities in the Warehouse Department
- Ensure an accurate administration to support the business growth as well as to keep a proper financial control in support of a more efficient overall business operation
- Check received orders against suppliers invoiced quantities
- Assist with the export orders process
- Assist the finished products count control process for the finished product release from Production
- Assist/ print & provide store purchase orders, store transfers, wholesale orders for picking to the Warehouse Attendants
- Assist the execution of inventory bookings of transfers from Warehouse to Retail and
- Assist/ handle returned goods from Retail and 3rd parties
- Assist/ handle the process of returned products with Quality Control Department and retail stores
- Assist in the investigation of discrepancy in inventory
- Assist with packaging materials place allocation and entry in production software
- Assist unloading of containers with the warehouse team
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned based on the need of the organization
MBO/Associate Degree in Financial/Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience- Minimum 2 years’ experience with inventory control and supply chain (logistic) processes
- Knowledge and experience with bookkeeping and financial administration systems is a strong asset
- Experience with suppliers and purchasing processes
- Accurate and thorough work mentality
- Analytical skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Proactive in completing daily tasks combined with additional projects
- Must be flexible in that tasks can be interchangeable
- Self-motivated and service oriented
- Able to work flexible hours when required
