Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. In this role, you will oversee the accounting team, manage financial closing processes, and provide valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Accounting Operations
· Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy
· Oversee general ledger activities and ensure timely account reconciliations
· Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
· Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with GAAP or applicable accounting standards and regulations
· Coordinate internal and external audits
· Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
· Monitor KPIs and ensure deadlines are met consistently
· Safeguard confidential financial and organizational information
Financial Administration
· Prepare monthly financial packages (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
· Manage tax filings and ensure accurate and timely remittances
· Ensure compliance with local tax laws and reporting requirements
· Provide financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to management
· Support strategic and operational decision-making with financial insights
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls
· Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office tools
