Aruba Aloe’s heritage dates back to 1890, when Cornelis Eman started trading aloe products, and is one of the oldest Aloe companies. Today, Royal Aruba Aloe proudly carries that heritage forward as the first company in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to receive the Royal designation and one of the few aloe companies in the world that grows, harvests, and processes aloe on its own farm in Hato. Guided by generations of knowledge, we transform our aloe into premium skin, hair, and sun care that reflects the calm, care, and spirit of Aruba.
Aloe is deeply woven into Aruba's heritage. Nicknamed the "Island of Aloes" in the 1920s, the island even features an aloe plant on its Coat of Arms. Aruba has been recognized for producing the world’s finest aloe, and that legacy continues to inspire everything we create today.
Aruba’s desert-like environment intensifies the aloe plant’s natural healing qualities and produces the earth’s most potent Aloe Vera Gel.
In 2000, Aruba Aloe welcomed visitors to its first retail store, located on the grounds of our aloe farm in Hato. Today, our family of stores has grown to 20 locations across Aruba, each inviting visitors to experience our heritage and take a piece of the island home.
We hand cut the leaf within hours of harvest to protect its rich and powerful nutrients. Our Aloe Vera Gel will help nurture and improve the overall health and well-being of your skin.
