Delivery & Handling
IMPORTANT! Currently, we do not offer delivery options. All orders can be picked up at our Museum & Factory store in Hato when ready.
We're getting your order ready. Our customer service team will contact you when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
Customer service is available for chat or phone from Monday - Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, through number: (+297) 588 3222 or email email@example.com, and a service representative will contact you.
Orders are only delivered when there is a minimum order of Awg. 25 or more. All orders are processed and dispatched within three business days. You will be contacted by one of our representatives when your order is ready to be delivered to ensure your contact information and address are correct before delivery.
Time of delivery
Delivery times will be from Monday to Saturday between the following hours: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Payment can only be made through debit or credit card at delivery. Cash is not accepted.
What credit cards do you accept?
Aruba Aloe accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept checks or money orders.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns as these products are purchased for a special discounted price. If any products are damaged or faulty, you can contact one of our representatives through firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Be sure to have your complete contact info and order number at hand.
We only accept returns for items purchased through www.arubaaloe.aw. If you bought an Aruba Aloe item from a retail partner, please get in touch with that retailer directly.
Placing an Order
How do I order online?
1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity and choosing "add to cart."
2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on "continue shopping" or "checkout."
3. When you press "check out," log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press "submit order."
4. We'll process your order within 1-2 business days; you will get an immediate email that confirms your order.
The product I want is out of stock. What happens now?
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will deliver the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. Currently, we do not offer "back orders" for products that are unavailable when your order is placed.
I have yet to receive my order, my order is missing items, or my delivery is late.
