A UNIQUE ARUBA EXPERIENCE
Aruba Aloe's heritage began in 1890, making it one of the world's oldest aloe stories. Today, aloe continues to be grown, harvested, and processed on our farm in Hato, guided by generations of knowledge. Our complimentary Factory & Museum Tour invites you behind the scenes to discover our heritage, experience the journey from plant to product, and see how the World's Finest Aloe® comes to life.
ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE:
- Tours held every 15 minutes in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento (Aruba’s native language), led by our friendly local guides.
- Explore independently if you prefer – enjoy an 11-minute audiovisual presentation about the history of Aruba Aloe, see our classic Skin, Hair & Sun Care products in retro packaging, and discover the traditional tools and methods behind aloe-based care.
- Learn about the domestication of the aloe plant and how it shaped Aruba’s agricultural roots.
- Watch how our aloe is carefully ‘fileted’ by hand, and discover the many benefits of aloe vera – both for topical use and as a supplement.
- Take a gentle walking tour through our Factory and see the full production process: from the aloe cutting room and testing lab to the filling, packing, and storage areas.
