Creative Manager

The Creative Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the conceptual and stylistic direction of all creative and design outputs of the company. Working closely with the Managing Director, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, the role ensures that all creative projects are executed to the highest quality standards while safeguarding and enhancing the company’s brand image.

Creative & Brand Leadership

  • Define and manage the overall conceptual and stylistic direction for all design and creative projects.
  • Safeguard, develop, and consistently apply the company’s brand identity and image.
  • Establish and implement design standards, formats, and processes to ensure high-quality and consistent outputs.

Project & Team Management

  • Collaborate closely with production artists, photographers, pre-press technicians, printers, and development teams.
  • Work with the Managing Director to assign creative resources to upcoming projects based on suitability and availability.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet presentation and quality requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly project development and commercial team meetings.

Production, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all produced materials comply with ISO/GMP standards and internal SOPs.
  • Maintain required compliance standards across all creative outputs.
  • Oversee inspection, selection, and approval of materials based on durability, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Vendor & Resource Management

  • Select, manage, and evaluate local and international vendors and suppliers.
  • Research and propose streamlined, cost-effective creative processes, tools, technologies, and resources.

Specialized Creative Areas

  • Packaging Design: End-to-end planning and execution of packaging, including shelf placement, storage, distribution, and labeling compliance (FDA and global regulations).
  • Packaging Outsourcing: Supplier sourcing, material selection, and quality control.
  • Visual Merchandising: Store layouts, floor plans, and point-of-sale design.
  • Interior Design: Concept and design of stores and special projects from scratch, aligned with budget standards.
  • Branding & Market Analysis: Analyze brand performance, market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate big ideas into executable marketing strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of web animation tools, digital imagery, and clip art.
  • Proficiency in digital photography and professional photography techniques.
  • Knowledge of video editing software.
  • Strong design and/or copywriting skills.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience managing high-performance teams.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in creative management or a similar leadership role.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience working with high-performance teams.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills.
