  • Handle Shopify daily operations
  • Contact local and international customers regarding online orders
  • Check US orders that are stuck in shipment, did not arrive on time or are lost and take immediate action to solve the issues
  • Handle local and US exchanges, returns and complaints
  • Prepare all reports that are needed by Management
  • Ensure sufficient stock, track and control inventory
  • Meet sales expectations, suggesting and upselling to customers
  • Keep track of promotions and using these to meet sales expectations
  • Prepare daily sales/deposits and report all discrepancies
  • Prepare store print materials weekly
  • Make deliveries of local online orders and cash out
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned based on the need of the organization
  • MBO/Associate degree or equivalent relevant job experience
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service
  • Ability to anticipate, identify problems and take initiative to solve issues
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English, Spanish and Papiamento
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications
