FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

• Review and prepare month end-closings and year-end-closing of our legal entities
- Setting up analysis and monitoring processes and internal controls
- Implement improvements in financial processes for more efficient and effective operations.
- Coordinate and lead digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance department
- Ensures the enforcement of organization-wide procedures and agreements regarding the planning & control cycle
- HBO/University Degree in Financial, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience with financial reporting & process optimization
- Strong analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources and an innovative mindset for improvement opportunities
- Knowledge and experience with bookkeeping software Exact and Quickbooks
- Analytical skills and eye for detail
- Proactive mindset and a hands-on mentality
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
