• Review and prepare month end-closings and year-end-closing of our legal entities

  • Setting up analysis and monitoring processes and internal controls
  • Implement improvements in financial processes for more efficient and effective operations.
  • Coordinate and lead digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance department
  • Ensures the enforcement of organization-wide procedures and agreements regarding the planning & control cycle
  • HBO/University Degree in Financial, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience with financial reporting & process optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources and an innovative mindset for improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge and experience with bookkeeping software Exact and Quickbooks
  • Analytical skills and eye for detail
  • Proactive mindset and a hands-on mentality
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
