  • Execute various daily administrative tasks and assist the day-to-day operations of the Production Department
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Production Manager and the department. Handle, coordinate and execute assigned tasks
  • Handle all kinds of requests of the Production Manager by email, letter, telephone etc
  • Provide specific information and reports requested by the Production Manager
  • Maintain department archives/files
  • Keep procedures and protocols up to date
  • Input employee names and positions in the production software per batch
  • Make corrections and take out damaged raw materials of the list in the production software
  • Maintain the stock/inventory of the office supplies and other items necessary for production
  • Assist with the inventory control when necessary
  • Assist with supervision in the production areas
  • Produce the labels of the inner boxes and master cartons
  • Produce the labels of the prices for the gift sets
  • Order and organize the distribution of uniforms (including the administration process)
  • Assist the Production Manager with the execution and coordination of the production daily operations
  • Monitor inventories to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing
  • Ensure all production machinery and tools are good to use
  • Assists the Production Manager with the coordination of all production processes
  • Assists the Production Manager in designing and planning the production areas
  • Utilize software systems/ digital technology to generate a variety of reports
  • Train Production Supervisors, Maintenance Department, Production Associates and Production Formulators
  • Supervise and schedule the daily activities of the Cleaners
  • Schedule the gift sets production as needed using the data in the weekly stock report
  • Schedule the wholesale gift sets requests
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned based on the need of the organization
  • Associate/ MBO Administrative Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Good computer knowledge/ skills (especially Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to speak, write and read, English, Spanish and Papiamento
  • Able to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Flexible positive attitude, stress resilient character
  • Service oriented
  • Able to work flexible hours
