Production Formulator

As Production Formulator you play a
key role in production operations by preparing and producing personal care and
cosmetic formulations, working hands-on from formulation through scale-up to
commercial production, in line with regulations and production protocols.
1. Production Operations
• Assist with the production process as required.
• Assist with the processing of Aloe in accordance with established Work Instructions.
• Manufacture products in compliance with production protocols and specifications.
• Assist with meeting production requirements and achieving production goals.
• Assist with filling pails with raw materials as needed.
2. Quality Assurance & Process Compliance
• Assist with quality control activities during production when required.
• Follow all established procedures, work instructions, and production protocols.
• Follow instructions accurately and completely.
• Report any irregularities, deviations, or non-conformances promptly.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Production Manager to troubleshoot and support production processes.
3. Inventory & Material Management
• Assist with inventory counts of raw materials for Production.
• Monitor raw material inventories to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Support the proper handling, storage, and availability of production materials.
4. Safety & Housekeeping
• Perform all duties safely and in accordance with company safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe weighing room and chemical warehouse.
• Promote a safe and orderly work environment at all times.
5. Systems & Operational Support
• Utilize software systems accurately and effectively to support production activities.
• Provide operational support and assist other production-related activities as required to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements & certifications
• Must have a technical diploma.
• Must speak and read English and Papiamento.
• Must be in good physical shape (must be able to lift up to 25KG).
