PRODUCTION FORMULATOR

The Production Formulator is responsible for the production of personal care and cosmetic formulations. This role involves hands-on formulation work and scaling up formulations to commercial production while
ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Perform all duties in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Support and assist in the production process as required.
• Assist with Aloe processing as per work instructions.
• Manufacture products according to established production protocols and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the weighing room and chemical warehouse.
• Assist with raw material handling, including inventory and preparation.
• Support quality control activities during production when needed.
• Contribute to achieving production targets and operational goals.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with the Quality Manager and Production Manager.
• Use relevant software systems to support production processes.
• Technical diploma required.
• Experience in production or formulation (cosmetics/personal care) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and production protocols accurately.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Positive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
• Must be able to speak and read English and Papiamento.
• Must be in good physical condition.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
