As Quality Assurance Officer, you play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and continually improving our Quality Management System (QMS), helping all departments work in line with GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 13485, and other applicable requirements. You report to the Quality Director.

• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, impartiality and proper document control in all assigned activities.

Risk, Suppliers & Reporting
• Support risk-management activities and ensure quality and compliance risks are documented, assessed, controlled and followed up.
• Compile, trend and report quality data and KPIs, including recurring issues, outstanding actions, complaints, audit findings and CAPA effectiveness.
• Support supplier and contract-manufacturer qualification, monitoring, documentation review and quality follow-up.

Training & Quality Culture
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of quality-system and GMP training and verify completion of required training actions.
• Provide practical quality guidance to employees and departments while promoting ownership, compliance, and continual improvement.
• Immediately report critical quality, safety, data-integrity, or regulatory concerns to the Quality Director.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the Quality Director within the scope of the position.

This role requires a detail-oriented, dependable professional who enjoys keeping quality simple, practical, and shared across the whole team.
